Description of Project : The City is soliciting proposals for the Construction Management Services for the Roseville Parkway Extension Project. The consultant will provide resident engineer, construction inspection, material testing, and environmental monitoring services for project compliance and acceptance with all the applicable laws, codes, and City Standards.
