Brief Description of Project: Construction of four (4) new traffic signals and associated road widening in Western Roseville. The traffic signals are located at Blue Oaks Blvd and Hayden Parkway; Blue Oaks Blvd and Westbrook Blvd; Westbrook Blvd and Brookstone Drive North; and Westbrook Blvd and Brookstone Drive South. The road widening includes the addition of two (2) left turn pockets into the Soccer Complex (interior widening into existing medians on Westbrook Blvd), and the widening of Blue Oaks Blvd to the ultimate roadway width at the new traffic signal locations. The project is expected to begin in the fall of 2023 and be completed by the fall of 2024.
