The City currently has active gas meters at various locations throughout the City including compressed natural gas (CNG) filling station. An additional CNG station may be added for the Refuse fleet utilizing natural gas. A list of City facilities and 2022 gas consumption can be found in Attachment G. Pricing: Pricing shall be based on 100% of all necessary gas requirements with no usage requirements. Estimated annual usage requirements can be found in Appendix A. Pricing shall be based off of the California Natural Gas Citygate Price in California for closing 9/30/23, 9:00am PST and for comparative purposes shall include all applicable user fees excluding taxes and transmission fees.
