The City of Pittsburg, CA (City) is soliciting written proposals from qualified companies or individual(s) to provide structured before and after-school care programs for the youth of our City. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not an invitation to bid.

The successful proposer must either possess a current City business license or must have submitted a City business license application and fee prior to contract award.

The Business License Application for professional service providers is available on the City website at Business License Division | City of Pittsburg (pittsburgca.gov)

To be considered, an electronic version of the response to the RFP must be submitted to City of Pittsburg | Structured Before and After School Care Submission Site by 4:00 PM on January 12, 2024.

During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right, where it may serve the City’s best interest, to request additional information or clarification from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, to waive any non-material irregularities or information in any proposal, and to accept or reject any items or combination of items.
