This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by the City of Pittsburg, California (“City”).  The purpose of this RFQ is to identify a qualified firm (“Firm”) to negotiate a contract to provide management and related services for the Pittsburg Dream Courts (“Dream Courts”).  The Dream Courts is a $9,000,000 cutting-edge indoor facility that is approximately 45,000 square feet, highlighted by five (5) state-of-the-art basketball/multi-purpose courts.  The Dream Courts will be located at John Henry Johnson Park, 790 West Leland Road, Pittsburg, CA 94565.

To be considered as a potential selection for the Dream Courts management and operation services, interested Firms shall submit one (1) electronic copy of their response to this RFQ including all items described under Submittal Requirements and Qualifications via our online portal.

All responses must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 8, 2024 . Submittals received after this date and time will not be evaluated or considered.

Submission of Proposal: An electronic only version must be received by the City via City of Pittsburg - Dream Courts RFQ Submission Site no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, February 8, 2024 for a proposal to be considered.

Schedule of Activities

The City reserves the right to amend this schedule as necessary for any reason and at the sole discretion of the City.

The City reserves the right to postpone selection for its own convenience, to withdraw this RFQ at any time, to modify the listing period, and to reject any and all submittals without indicating any reason for such rejection. As a function of the RFQ process, the City reserves the right to remedy technical errors in response to the RFQ
