The City of Monrovia desires to find the right Architect / Engineering team with the experience and design creativity to plan for the renovation of the Monrovia Community Center at 119 W. Palm Avenue, Monrovia, CA 91016. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms or consultants to provide site planning, civil engineering, preparation of plans and specifications, and construction cost estimates for the renovation project.

• Interested firms are invited to a Pre-Proposal Job Walk on Tuesday, September 12 at 2:00pm. This is not a mandatory activity; but will be the only staff guided walk through. Parties will gather at the Monrovia Community Center at 119 West Palm Ave.
• Relevant documents will be posted by Friday, September 8.
