The City of Merced is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants (“Consultant(s)”) to provide a fully managed 24x7x365 cyber security operations center (SOC) service to improve the City’s cyber security posture, manage cyber security risk, optimize the automation and orchestration of the City’s existing security tools, and measurably decrease the City’s mean time to detection and mean response time for security events.
