This project consists of reconstructing the parking lot at Salas Park. The work includes replacing approximately 61,000 square feet of pavement, reconstructing 2,040 linear feet of concrete curb, reconstructing three driveway approaches, installing parking lot lighting, and other incidental and related work.

Due to scheduled events at the facility, construction shall commence on June 20, 2023 and be completed within 60 calendar days. Upon signing the bid proposal, Contractor agrees that this start date and length of time of the contract are reasonable.
