The City oversees and operates the buildings at the City Hall Campus comprised of 221 W. Pine St. (City Hall), 305 W. Pine St. (Carnegie Forum), 230 W. Elm St. (Parks & Recreational Services) and 310 W. Elm St. (Finance Services/Customer Service); 24 S. Sacramento St. (Transit Station); 50 N. Sacramento St. (Transit Parking Structure); 201 W. Locust St. (Lodi Public Library); and 125 S. Hutchins St. (Hutchins Street Square). The City seeks unarmed security guard services to patrol and protect City-owned properties at the above locations.
