Bids will include furnishing all labor, material, tax, equipment, and services necessary for the construction and completion of the Zupo Field Grandstand & Press Box Replacement Improvements Project and associated improvements. Project includes: new ADA compliant grandstands, dugouts, bullpens and paths of travel to bring the facility to current Building and ADA Code requirements; site storm drain system, storm pump station, sidewalk, curb, gutter and asphalt paving all associated work as described in the project plans (drawings) and specifications, together with Addenda issued at the time of bidding, if any, now on file with the Director of Public Works, City Hall, 221 W. Pine Street, Lodi.

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. The group shall meet at 350 N. Washington Street. Bidders not attending the meeting will NOT be allowed to submit a bid proposal for the project.
