Bids will include furnishing all labor, material, tax, equipment, and services necessary for the construction and completion of the White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility Electric Building & Related Improvements Project. Project includes: Demolition, grading, site utilities, paving, concrete, masonry, framing, drywall, cabinetry, hardware, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, data/communications, roofing and all associated work as described in the project plans (drawings) and specifications, together with Addenda issued at the time of bidding, if any, now on file with the Director of Public Works, City Hall, 221 W. Pine Street, Lodi.
