The City of Lodi, with a population of approximately 67,000 at the 2021 census is a city located in San Joaquin County, California, in the center portion of California’s Central Valley. Lodi is known for wine-grape production and wineries.
The City of Lodi, on an annual basis, generates over 500,000 invoices with an approximate dollar value of $115 Million for debts incurred by the general public. In addition, there will be billing projects such as flyers for utility bills approximately 5-7 times a year.
The City requests proposals from qualified firms who perform utility bill printing, mailing and courier services.
The City seeks to obtain utility bill printing services and additional services as requested from an experienced firm committed to reliable, accurate and easy to use services. Additionally, the selected firm will support functions that allow the City to maintain its efficient use of technology and explore new advances in printing functions.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms able to provide the required utility billing services and other printing projects as required and to set forth the terms and conditions whereby the City may contract with the most qualified firm to provide the services described herein.
