The City of Lodi (CITY) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to prepare the City of Lodi’s (CITY) Short Range Transit Plan Update (SRTP) for FY 2024/25 through FY 2034/35.
This SRTP will provide an updated framework for the continuing development of transit services in Lodi over the next ten years. The SRTP will include an operational analysis, financial forecasting & planning, and service recommendations. The principle goals of the project are to:

Provide an updated financial plan, including forecasting of available funding and expenditures;

Conduct meaningful public outreach that will accurately inform service recommendations.

Assess existing and future service to ensure public transit is meeting community needs.
