Information : The City of Hesperia, hereinafter referred to as “City”, is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”, to a perform HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services.

City Contact: The City Contact, hereinafter referred to as “Contact”, is the sole point of contact for this solicitation. All communication shall be in writing and submitted to the Contact. Bidders are not permitted to communicate with other City staff or officials about this RFB, except for during pre-bid meetings, demonstrations, and/or interviews, unless otherwise directed by the Contact. Voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting: A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on May 9, 2023 at 9:00AM at City of Hesperia, City Hall, 9700 Seventh Ave. Hesperia, CA 92345.

Deadline for Submitting Questions: Inquiries are due no later than May 10, 2023 at 1:00PM. The City shall respond to inquiries no later than May 11, 2023. Inquires submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
