Information: The City of Hesperia is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to perform roof replacements on two (2) Hesperia Water District facilities, which include Plant 5 and Plant 18.

City Contact: The City Contact is the sole point of contact for this solicitation. All communication shall be in writing and submitted to the Contact. Bidders are not permitted to communicate with other City staff or officials about this RFB, except for during pre-bid meetings, demonstrations, and/or interviews, unless otherwise directed by the Contact. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 29, 2022 at 10:00AM at Hesperia Public Works 17282 Mojave St., Hesperia, CA 92345. A prospective bidder who in more than 15 minutes late to the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall not be considered for award.

Deadline for Submitting Questions: Inquiries are due no later November 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM. The City shall respond to inquiries no later than December 1, 2022. Inquiries submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
