NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Office of the City Manager of the City of Hermosa Beach will receive proposals for:
RFP# 24-002, COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT FOR CIVIC FACILITIES

Proposals must be submitted as PDF via the PlanetBids Portal (pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/51313/portal-home). Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PST, Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Proposals will not be opened at that time but will be submitted to the Office of the City Manager for verification and compliance with specifications and subsequent recommendation to City Council for award of a contract or rejection of the responses, as deemed appropriate. The City reserves the right to make no award.
