The City of Healdsburg (City) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to prepare a focused Housing Needs Assessment and analysis to assess viable options for meeting the City’s current and future housing needs. The Housing Needs Assessment has three components.

1. An analysis of current economic, demographic, and housing market conditions in the City.

2. A detailed household and housing demand forecast for the City.

3. A comprehensive detailed list of any and all GIS data used in your analysis. For instance, address points, building footprint polygons and parcel polygons.
