The City of Healdsburg (City ) has a recycled water program to distribute and deliver recycled water to agricultural users to the south of the City’s Water Reclamation Facility. The City operates the recycled water program under a permit issued and administered by the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board). The permit includes a requirement for the City to monitor the groundwater in the vicinity of the recycled water application to determine if the recycled water use is having impacts to the groundwater. The City engaged Brunsing Associates to prepare a groundwater monitoring plan (Attachment A), which was accepted by the Regional Board.
The City of Healdsburg (City) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct quarterly groundwater sampling at four locations, conduct chemical analyses on the samples recovered, make interpretations resulting from the data, and prepare reports summarizing the processes, findings, and conclusions. The reports will be submitted to the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board as part of the City monitoring and reporting requirements (Attachment B).
The term of the PSA shall be for two years , not less than eight (8) sampling and reporting events.
