Notice is hereby given that the City of Gilroy at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020-6197 is soliciting
proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services to prepare the
City of Gilroy
Traffic Circulation Master Plan and Traffic Impact Fee Program Updates
as described in
Request for
Proposal No. 23-RFP-PW-479
. Submittals will be accepted up until 4:00 PM, Friday, November 4,
2022. Each responding Consultant must submit an electronic copy of their proposal in PDF format to

. The subject line of the email shall include the Consultant firm’s name and “TCMP and TIF Updates RFP No. 23-RFP-PW-479”.
Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered. The City of Gilroy accepts no
responsibility if delivery is made to another location other than the location specified above and/or for
delayed deliveries by your chosen carrier. An evaluation team will review submitted proposals and select the best qualified firm based on the evaluation criteria and selection process outlined in the RFP.
The selected Consultant will then be recommended to the City Council for an agreement to complete the work.
