SEALED BIDS
will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator
in person
at the City of Gilroy Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020,
from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, PST, on Wednesday, December 20, 2023,
for the
FY24 Annual CDBG Sidewalk/Curb Ramp Project No. 24-PW-285.
Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, incidentals, and equipment
necessary to perform the design and construction of new curb ramps, curb and gutter,
and sidewalks to meet ADA compliance; minor asphalt replacement and pavement
striping; curb markings; stormwater management; and other incidentals thereto, in various locations in the City of Gilroy. An electronic copy of the bid documents can be obtained from the City of Gilroy Website at:

This project is federally funded, and the contractor shall comply with all applicable
Federal Requirements. Bids delivered before
December 20 at 2:00 PM
must be
delivered to the City Hall Information Desk at the northeast entrance of City Hall.
City Hall is currently open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and
Fridays by appointment only. Bidders may view or purchase copies of the bidding

Bids received after the stated time and date will not be accepted. The City of Gilroy will
not be responsible for delayed deliveries or deliveries made to another location other than the location specified above. Bids should be in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the project title, project number, bidder’s name, and time and date of the bid opening.
