Bidders’ Conference: The City will host a Mandatory on-site pre-proposal site walk at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Any Proposer wishing to submit a proposal to this RFP must attend this meeting with at least one member of the Proposer team. Interested parties should RSVP to the contact email listed below. Independent site visits are not allowed. Attendance will be documented by City staff at the site walk. A proposer who fails to attend the mandatory site walk meeting may be disqualified from submitting a proposal. The City of Fremont Police Department is a secure facility. To mitigate the amount of social interaction, each potential proposer will be limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives, and to mitigate the amount of time this would normally take prior to the conference, potential bidders need to pre-register by notifying the City as to the names of their attendees by emailing Edelzar Garcia at egarcia@fremont.gov by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2023.
