All those interested and qualified are invited to submit a proposal to provide Design Services for CIP 301-700 Fuel Systems Improvements, as outlined and delineated on the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due to City Hall, 610 Foster City Boulevard, Foster City, CA 94404, before 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

This RFP was independently developed based on a new, internal evaluation of Fuel System design factors. Any previous analyses by staff or consultants should not be relied upon or referred to in proposals. Responses will be evaluated using only the RFP as the measure.
