On Call Professional Services for Construction Management, City Engineer Support, and Design Services
Description:

The City of Emeryville (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide “On-Call

Construction Management, City Engineer Support and Engineering Design Consultant Services”

(“Consultant”), as set forth in this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). Firms submitting proposals

must be prepared to immediately enter into a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”)

for the services described in this RFQ and must be available to the City on an as-needed basis

for a three-year agreement term, with the option for two (2) one year extensions. The estimated

budget for the three-year period is an average of $350,000 per year for $1,050,000 total.
