Qualifications:

1. Experience with Inclusionary Requirements, In-Lieu Fees, and Commercial Linkage Fees.
2. Familiarity with the City of Dublin, the existing Inclusionary requirement, the In-Lieu Fee, and the Commercial Linkage Fee, and applicable state and federal laws.
