NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Delano invites and will receive sealed proposals (bids) up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022 for the furnishing to said City of all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities, and other items necessary to construct said work. At said time, said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Hall, Council Chambers, 1015 Eleventh Avenue, Delano, CA 93215.

Bids shall conform to and be responsive to the Contract Documents for the work. Copies of the Contract Documents are on file and may be examined in the office of the City Engineer located at the address above. General Description of Work: The work involves application of Micro-surfacing and 6” deep patches as described in the project plans and specifications on County Line Road in the City of Delano.
