SB 1383 Route Reviews

The City is looking for a vender to perform route reviews on trash, recycling and organic waste containers belonging to the City’s waste hauler in compliance with the CalRecycle SB 1383 regulations. The selected vender will perform route reviews via “lid flipping”—lifting the lids on waste containers to check for contamination inside the container. Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted to Jennifer Gilbert via email by November 7, 2022 at noon. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be published via an addendum and distributed to interested parties.

Submittal Information
Companies interested in submitting a proposal for this project should respond to this RFP with a written proposal providing all the information requested. The proposal will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included.

Proposals shall be delivered via email to Jennifer Gilbert at JGilbert@CityofDavis.org on or before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2022 with subject line: SB 1383 Route Review Proposal. No hard copy proposals will be accepted.
