The City of Coronado (City) requires assistance with a wide range of consulting services necessary to manage and implement its storm water and wastewater regulatory programs and maintain compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Waste Discharge Requirement (WDR) permits. The City wishes to retain the services, and enter into a Professional Services Contract, with an environmental and/or civil engineering consulting firm that has extensive storm water and wastewater experience on an on-call “as-needed” basis for a variety of tasks.

The City’s Public Services and Engineering (PSE) Department is therefore issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified consultants interested in providing the City with these desired professional services. In response the City is requesting consultants provide their qualifications and a proposal outlining their proposed work plan and staffing for the first year of contract services. The selected firm(s) will be asked to provide professional consulting services on a task-by-task basis, based on an agreed-upon specific scope of services and fee incorporated into a professional services contract.
