The City of Citrus Heights Police Department is seeking a qualified professional contractor to provide independent assessment, evaluation, development and implementation of a Local Evaluation Plan (LEP), as well as complete a Local Evaluation Report (LER) at the completion of the grant in accordance with the Board of State and Community Corrections Organized Retail Theft Grant. Additionally, the City may request the completion of quarterly Performance Reports (QPRS) with advanced notice.
