The City of Citrus Heights General Services Department (City) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from one or more qualified firms to provide On-Call Land Surveying Services for the City of Citrus Heights. The qualified land surveying and/or engineering firms shall demonstrate ability and experience in providing map checking and land surveying services on a fixed rate basis. The services performed under the agreement will be locally funded through our established application and fee process.

The majority of the On-Call Land Surveying tasks will be map reviews and coordination for parcel maps, subdivision maps, plat and legal review for lot line adjustments, SB9 lot splits and/or other miscellaneous Land Surveying services for various Development Projects.
