Notice To Proposers

The City of Citrus Heights is seeking proposals for providing graffiti removal and abatement services for City facilities and property in the public right-of-way such as bridges, stop signs, signal lights, utility boxes, and trees. Proposals will be received at the City of Citrus Heights City Hall, 6360 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights, California, until the hour of 2:00 PM on Friday, March 22, 2024.

Interested parties may download the Request For Proposals (RFP) at the bottom of this page. Proposals shall be submitted by firms that have a capable and demonstrable background with experience of least three years in the type of work described in this RFP. In addition, all interested firms shall have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, specialized consultants, specialized equipment, and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings.

Note: There is no pre-proposal meeting scheduled for this Request For Proposals.

It is the proposer's responsibility to check the City's website for any updated information at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening.

The City of Citrus Heights reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to accept any and all Proposals, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Citrus Heights.
