The City of Campbell (CITY) is soliciting proposals to identify a qualified firm (CONTRACTOR) to negotiate a five-year agreement to operate and manage the Campbell Heritage Theatre. The selected qualified CONTRACTOR and the CITY will have the option to renew the agreement for up to two, three-year terms. It is the City’s desire to have an executed agreement with the most qualified CONTRACTOR no later than January 1, 2024.

The scope of work for the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) includes, but is not limited to Theatre Management; consultation; facility operations; hire, train, and supervise all required full-time and part-time employees; manage approved budgets and provide recommendations; manage and operate box office services; marketing and business development; negotiating talent contracts and contract riders on behalf of the City; supervise all concession programs within the Theatre; coordinate, adhere to, and enforce designated City policies; and provide oversight, guidance and support to non-profit board.
