The City of Calimesa invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering services related to preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the Interstate 10/Cherry Valley Boulevard Interchange.
The proposals are due to the City of Calimesa, City Hall at 908 Park Avenue, Calimesa, CA 92320 by 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2024 and submitted as follows:
Four (4) bound copies, one (1) unbound copy and one (1) color digital PDF copy of the proposal must be submitted no later than 11:00 am, Thursday, March 14, 2024. The cost proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. Postmarks and faxes are not acceptable. Proposal must be titled “RFP for Professional Design Consulting Services for I-10 and Cherry Valley Boulevard Interchange.” Request for Clarifications (RFCs) or questions regarding this RFP shall be directed in writing to: Michael Thornton, City Engineer at
mthornton@cityofcalimesa.net
No RFC or questions will be accepted after 11:00 a.m. on February 23, 2024. All RFC responses will be provided by March 1, 2024. No postmarked proposals will be accepted. Once submitted, proposals, including the composition of the consulting staff, cannot be altered without prior written consent of the City. All costs associated with the preparation of any proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the proposer. Each proposal shall be limited to a maximum of 50 pages single spaced (not including resumes or addenda), using a minimum 12-point font size.
