The City of Arcata is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide environmental compliance monitoring and biological survey services to ensure compliance with environmental permit requirements for Phase I of the Arcata Wastewater Treatment Facilities Improvement Project in Arcata, California. The City intends to enter a multi-year agreement with a qualified firm that will be responsible for serving as the City’s agent throughout the duration of Project construction to ensure adherence to all permit requirements pertaining to the protection of biological and cultural resources.

An optional job walk will be held on December 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the City’s Corporation Yard, 600 South G Street in Arcata.

Sealed proposals will be received at the City Manager’s Office, 736 f Street, Arcata, California until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked by a selection committee. The award for this contract is anticipated to be made at the Arcata City Council’s meeting on or after February 15, 2023.
