The City of Alhambra is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for the Preparation of Plans, Design, & Related Documents for the City of Alhambra’s Traffic Signal Synchronization Project – Adaptive/Traffic Responsive Upgrade on Garfield Ave, Fremont Avenue, Atlantic Boulevard and Valley Boulevard - PHASE 1.

A non-mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting is scheduled on July 12, 2023, 2:00 PM. The preproposal meeting will be held on MS TEAMS. Prospective consultants are strongly encouraged to attend this important meeting. Please see page 21 of the RFP for the link for the virtual meeting.

Please review the requirements of the RFP and submit your proposal by the date specified.
