REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Water Quality Laboratory Testing Services

The City of Alhambra (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified commercial laboratories to provide requested analytical and reporting services for the City’s routine and special projects, water and wastewater samples. The City is seeking these services to comply with a number of monitoring and reporting programs, including those required by the State Water Resources Control Board – Division of Drinking Water (DDW), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. This proposal may be extended for an additional year, for up to three terms pending satisfactory performance .
