The city is seeking to provide professional services for 1) database analysis and 2) the various computer and software systems used by the city, some of which are covered by an existing contract, agreement, or warranty with a third party.
Please note that the services requested in this RFP do NOT include Police, Fire, or Library networks, even though they are physically connected via city owned fiber and internet.

Submitting the Proposal
Proposals are due no later than: Tuesday, April 11 at 5:00 p.m.
Submissions will not be opened or reviewed before the deadline, so companies are encouraged to submit as soon as possible, to avoid missing the deadline. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
There must be one (1) signed original and two (2) copies of the proposal.
Single copies, proposals submitted without the RFP pages, with incomplete information, or without current references, will be eliminated without further review.
