Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in

subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement

constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be

issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, RFQ# 127EAS23Q0025

This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.

North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 115310, Size Standard of $10 Million.

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal

Acquisition Circular 2023-01 and Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) last updated 29 March

2021. The result of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract.

The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: price, technical, and past performance.

Technical and past performance, when combined, are of greater importance than price.

CONTRACTOR MUST SUBMIT:

SITE VISIT:

An official site visit is not scheduled for this requirement. Most Forest Service land is open to the public

and available for contractors to self-view sites.

All questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be asked in writing no later than, 10 March 2023 at

1:00PM PT. Questions shall be submitted to Perry Rinato via email at perry.rinato@usda.gov. Email must

be titled, “127EAS23Q0025– ELDORADO NF, 2023 POWER FIRE TREE PLANTING RFQ

QUESTION”.

It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the SAM.Gov website for any changes or amendments to this

RFQ.

Quotes are due to Perry Rinato via email at perry.rinato@usda.gov no later than, 16 March 2023 at
