Description
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
1.A. Project Title: Brand Name or Equal to Taylor-Dunn C-432 Mule electric cart.
1.B. Project Location: Long Beach VA Medical Center, PROSTHETICS; BLDG. 150, ROOM V-33, 5901 East Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822-5201.
1.C. Solicitation Type - Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26222Q1039.
1.D. Set Aside: This solicitation is Set Aside for Small Business.
1.E. Applicable NAICS code: 336112, Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing.
1.F. Small Business Size Standard: 1,500 Employees.
1.G. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price.
1.H. Period of Performance: 30 days from date of award.
2. Submit written offers in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. Complete and submit the Standard Form 1449 pages 1, 3 and 4 via email no later than June 13, 2022 at 10:00 am PT to theodore.arlauskas@va.gov.
