This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The purpose of this requirement is to provide the FRCSW with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) prescription safety glasses, i.e., eyewear, for the employees of FRCSW in accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, U.S. Navy safety instructions and established industry standards in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Set Aside: This will be a Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code for this announcement is 339115.

SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: All quotes must be received by the closing date/time on November 14, 2022 10:00 AM EST. Preferred delivery method for submission of your quote is via email: jeffrey.t.smith6.civ@us.navy.mil. Quotes shall include at a minimum, the following:
