Description

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease a minimum of 5,000 rentable square feet (RSF) for use by VA as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in or near Banning, CA.



For this requirement, VA will only consider expressions of interest for an existing space for lease.



The building and parking area must be fully accessible, meeting all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. The building must comply with the Interagency Security Committee Security Design Criteria for new Federal Office Buildings and Major Modernization Projects as well as other security guidelines contained in the Request for Lease Proposal document.



A lease for up to five (5) years will be considered.



Space must be within the following delineated area:



North - W Wilson St.



East - N Hathaway St.



South - Highland Springs Ave.



West - W Westward continuing to Charles St.
