The Army has a requirement for a Production Readiness Test Assets (PRTA) contract, MQ-1C Gray Eagle (GE) PRTA long lead items. The Government’s required delivery schedule is twelve (12) months from date of award. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Authority Cited: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) and 6.302.1(a)(2)(iii)(B) – “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. Firms that recognize and can perform the required service above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
