Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for a Mobile CT Trailer Services, The Contractor shall provide a mobile actively shielded 16 slice CT Scanner at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Eureka, CA. This will include the transportation, set up/removal, and inspection/certification by a health physicist. The date of continuation of service will be from July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. The scanner will include supporting equipment to provide the doctors and radiologists a like system which will provide the same level of care our patients are presently receiving. Services shall be provided for the San Francisco VA Health Care System at the Eureka CBOC, in Eureka, CA. All services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. The solicitation is set aside to verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541990, size standard $19.5M. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Carefully read FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and VAAR 852.273-73 Evaluation - Health-Care Resources in order to respond to this RFQ. Failure to do so may eliminate your response from being considered for award.
