General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:





State: California



City: Blythe



Delineated Area:



North – City Limits of Blythe



South – City Limits of Blythe



East – City Limits of Blythe



West – City Limits of Blythe



Minimum/Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,658



Space Type: Office



Parking Spaces (Total): 12

Additional Requirements:




  • Space will be occupied by a National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) field office that has 5 employees.

  • Offered space must be contiguous on a single floor; if offered space is above the ground floor, a minimum of two (2) elevators must be available

  • The Space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with the surrounding development well maintained and in consonance with a professional image.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
