Description

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a minimum of 2200 RSF of retail office space in the riverside or surrounding area within a 30 mile radius of the Military recruiting office processing center located at 1201 University Ave, Riverside, CA 92507. The space should be capable of housing 7-9 people during the standard working day. It will also need to contain a kitchenette, storage area, IT closet, unisex bathroom, and a back door.



Space must be available no later that August 1, 2023



Lease term 1 year firm with 4 option years to renew.
