This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: P400, NAICS Code: 238910. JOB DESCRIPTION: Demolition of existing facilities and removal of know hazardous material (lead paint) and asbestos-containing materials (ACM) identified in the pre-demo survey report by A-E. Requirement under this contract are the demolition, hazardous waste abatement, and removal for multiple existing structures to include: BLDG T-23 (800 GSF), BLDG 21 (2,000 GSF), BLDG 18 (9,000 GSF), BLDG 911 (400GSF), BLDG 14 (6,000GSF), an abandoned E85 Fuel pump & 2,000 gallon above ground fuel tank and removal of six trees. The window for tree removal is from September through January.

This requirement is for a Small Business Set-Aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The solicitation will be available on/about September 25, 2023 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents.

ALL BIDS will be due on/about October 25, 2023 at 01:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
