The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, uniforms/coveralls, rags, facilities, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the following service to the 412LRS/Vehicle Maintenance at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. The Contractor is responsible for the cleaning or laundering of uniforms and rags and repairing of them when damage results from “normal wear and tear”. Contractor shall inspect all garments for minor tears, seam flaws, missing buttons, etc., prior to uniforms being returned. (Note: Normal wear and tear is defined as “the physical deterioration which occurs in the normal use for which the garment is intended, without negligence, carelessness, accident, or abuse of the garment by the employee). All items shall be picked up and delivered in accordance with Technical Exhibit I. The contractor will pick up, load, count, process and unload linen and uniforms and return all items tendered from cleaning in accordance with Technical Exhibit I. The service to be performed shall be non-personal services and are not inherently governmental functions
