The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: 6,200 gallons of DYED CARB ULTRA LOW SULFUR #2 DIESEL 0-5% BIODIESEL delivered. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. Delivery is required by September 30, 2023. Late deliveries will result in a negative performance evaluation.
