Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



The intent of this project is to acquire structures to provide housing temporarily at Grizzly Flats fire station located at 6775 String Canyon Road, Grizzly Flats CA, 95636.



The contractor shall provide accommodations for minimum 5 employees to live there full-time. The unit(s) for living space will contain a full-size kitchen with residential appliances (refrigerator, stove, cooktop etc.). Trailers are temporary and required to come with axles, tire, and tow hitch which are to remain in place. Trailers to be placed and leveled on provided parking pad. See attached Statement of Work for additional specifications and requirements.
