The requirement is in support of Training Requirements Standards (T&R Standards) for the Cyberspace community. In order to maintain mission readiness, commercialized training opportunities are being sought to cover gaps in curriculum. Contractor shall provide a network environment to traverse, exploit, and defend with inclusions of web access, licenses, lab access, and Capture the Flag (CTF) environment to all subscribed users. One (1) year subscription to a CTF environment supporting up to 20 machines and 500 players as well as individual labs supporting up to 30 users. The product/service must facilitate and emulate a network environment for DCO-IDM Marines to traverse, exploit, and defend. This environment should be closed and limited to the parameters set by the providing commercial entity. The product/service must provide both a Capture the Flag (CFT) environment for mass company participation as well as labs supportable for up to 30 user licenses. This environment should be closed and limited to the parameters set by the providing commercial entity.
