Description

The US Forest Service currently leases 4,668 square feet (RSF) of office space at 75694 US-395 HC62 Box 1000, Bridgeport California 93517 under lease number 1284M814L0404 for the Bridgeport CA , Ranger District. The current lease expires on September 30, 2025. The US Forest Service intends to add a 5-year unevaluated renewal option to the current lease with the incumbent Lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy at this leased location. The right to pursue a renewal option is detailed in GSAR 570.401. Renewal Options. This will serve as a notice of intent to provide adequate transparency to the market.
